This adorable mini mosaic musical instrument pin might be a mandolin, guitar, or banjo, I lean toward mandolin, based on its shape. It is shiny gold-tone metal inlaid with tiny multicolored pieces of glass. The predominant colors are bright red and sage green with teeny tiny white, blue, and red flowers in the center. It is signed on the back ITALY.
